Why do bees swarm?Swarming is a natural way for honey bee colonies to reproduce, where a queen and a large portion of worker bees leave the hive to establish a new colony. While swarming, bees are generally not aggressive as they simply looking for new home. While looking for their new home, they will cluster in a mass. Most swarming occurs during the spring and early summer.
